Usage

The tester sends a solid tone or alternating dual tone to the cables or wires.

It also allows you to identify the status of the telephone line (clear, ringing, busy).

It is important not to connect the tester to a live circuit, although the detection probe can be used with live circuits, without direct contact with live wires.
