How It Works

1. Pre-Scan Calibration Tool

After selecting a mode, press and hold the scan button (located on the right side of the tool) to calibrate the tool.

2. Scan the wall

Once the stud finder locates the material, the LCD screen will indicate the direction, and the intensity of the beep will tell you how close you are to your target.

3. Locate the stud

When the signal bar is full and the alarm is loudest, it means the center of the object has been found. Mark with a pencil.
