The quality of the seat cushion is very good, firm to sit on. What lets it down is connecting the metal frame to the seat, this was a 2nd one I had delivered as the first bolt holes didn’t line up. This one we had difficulties with the locking nuts on the crossbar, the nut wouldn’t fit one hole it was stripping the thread, in the end we put our own in.
