Delivery was quick. Disappointed with cushions one was flat not labelled, I think it had previously been returned. Canopy was marked.Tried contacting for replacement without success. Photos not uploading this site either.

Excellent product, solid, elegant. I assembled it myself without help and without additional tools because the supplied ones are enough (wrench and two Allen screws). Cushions about 10 cm thick and comfortable. No creaking during use even by two people. Attention to detail with the plastic caps to cover the bolts. I would have liked a choice of colors, but the only beige color available adapts to any situation. Fair price / quality ratio in my opinion for 204 euros. I would recommend it to anyone.

Love the seat. Very comfortable. However when assembling I found 2 faults with stitching on the seat panel where there was a gape liable to continue coming away from fabric. Very very disappointed to find this and informed you of this immediately. Given the importance of intact seat panel in durability, I had hoped for a replacement. This seemed not to be possible during our communications as it was requested I disassemble and have it collected in the original box which had been disposed of at that point. A lot of hard work again! Originally I was offered 10% refund to try and fix seat myself. This was increased to 20% and I eventually accepted this as there seemed no alternative. The seat panel in my opinion is unfixable and whilst I love the seat and it looks amazing in my garden, I will possibly only be able to use it less than I want to due to fears of worsening the fault. I was going to buy another one, but due to this fault, will not do so due to this disappointment. Unfortunately I am unable to upload a photo of this fault which I can supply if requested by another means. I appreciate being able to give this review.

Bought for our parents for their 60th wedding anniversary...easy to assemble great quality and they loved it

The swing bench, for the price, is good. I’m a middle aged housewife and I managed to put it together on my own. I found an issue with attaching the arm rests. A pre fixed bolt meant the one of the bolts would not fit properly so I had to ditch the rubber washers in order to make it work. The cushions are comfortable. It doesn’t Squeak or creak and it looks good. I left it out overnight last night and although it didn’t rain the seats are damp this morning so I don’t think there is any decent weather proofing on them. Overall, the price was low and so this is a good value item and it does what I required of it. It’s relaxing.
