A few issues with missing screws, a allen key that bent holes that didn't line up and one of the cushions had a dirty mark. However replacement given with no hassle.

The table is wonky. Some of the metal fittings were damaged Some of the plastic wicker was cut.

I bought the items when they were on sale and unfortunately I had some items missing from the box. I sent an email to customer service and within a few days a second parcel arrived with all of the parts included. My husband hasn't had the chance to put the sofa set together yet but all of the parts seem to be of a very high quality. I bought the rattan sofa set when it was on sale, so it does seem to be excellent value for money.

It’s a lovely set, the chairs are comfy, just what I wanted. It’s pretty easy to assemble, I did it on my own and didn’t take too long. The pictures on the instructions were quite dark though and I’d recommend not tightening the bolts until it’s assembled as you may need to adjust some. I like these products so much I’ve also bought the lounger set and will be buying the dining set too.
