Easy enough to erect but definitely not waterproof which puts me off it

It looks brilliant! Really pleased with it! The only thing I should mention is it's not that easy to put up. The framework was fairly straightforward, you do need min 3 people, getting the canvas on was very difficult! A little bit of elastic on the parts where the frame fits into the canvas would make this easier to fit!

My first order arrived and the curtains had very bad black marks all over them. I asked for the item to be collected and a refund. I was told to keep the gazebo as a spare and a replacement would be sent. This arrived, slight marks on the canopy roof and one of the fittings did not have a drilled hole (used this part from the previous gazebo). The gazebo does look nice when up, but I am not sure it will stand up to mild weather changes. A few days after erecting the gazebo it was a breezy day (not strong winds) and there was movement in the structure so we took the roof off, fearing that the gazebo frame would twist. It has been like this ever since, we are waiting for more stable weather before we put the roof back on. It is not practical to take the whole structure down each time there is wind forecast as it takes 2 hours to put up - due to the nature of the structure fittings we are not sure it would go back up as well either. This was purchased as a sun shade, for which I am sure it is fine, but if I were to make another purchase I would spend more and buy a more robust gazebo.
