The seats are still a little low for elderly. The seat itself tends to squash as you put your weight in it and again buckles slightly when standing up

I am in the process of trying to get a refund & get the item collected but the seller is not making this easy for me. The chairs are not fit for purpose the cushions on the bead rest fall through the back if you rest on them & I kept getting electric shocks off the cheap material, not what I expect for paying £139. They asked for photos before agreeing a return & I said I shouldn’t have to do that. Anyway I have & im Waiting for a response. Not good enough. Thanks Catherine
