Bought a second one as a birthday gift gor someone who really liked ours, however when it arrived it was faulty, reported this 3 days ago and depite being told would be contacted within 48 hours, still waiting.

I am dissappointed with this product as the parasol pole has cracks in the wood and does not go up straight feels very wobbly and insecure when put up. I would like to know my rights for a replacement please
