Over all the product looks good when fitted and in place, I was happy with the finished result but the customer service was terrible.

The fixing bolts were a bit excessive as the weight is not very heavy and drilling a 9mm hole into brick was hard work. Gave up and used plastic plugs instead. Needs two people to fit. Hasn't rained yet since putting it up so maybe its a good omen. A good porch.
