Installation
The shut-off valves are easy to assemble. Simply connect the supplied hose clamps to the fittings of the pool accessory, then attach the filtration system pipes to the valves.
Usage
This faucet simplifies pool maintenance by eliminating the need to fiddle with plugs when replacing the filter cartridge or lifting the pump. It prevents water from continuously flowing when the filtration system is connected.
Other information
Important note: The maintenance/shut-off valve does not replace the sealing caps if a filtration system is not connected to the pool. Once closed, small amounts of drip water may seep through the hose connection, which is not an issue during pool maintenance.
