Description
Applications: Coating thickness gauges are used for the non-destructive measurement of coating and paint thickness. They are widely used in manufacturing, metallurgy, chemicals, and raw materials testing. They also operate reliably in laboratories, workshops, and outdoors. Calibration Function: This digital coating thickness gauge features automatic zero and multi-point calibration functions to prevent calibration errors. Its intuitive interface, with simple buttons, allows for easy one-handed operation, making it an indispensable tool for material handling. Coating Thickness Measurement: Paint thickness gauges are used to measure the thickness of metallic coatings and electrolytic layers, such as paint or enamel coatings on steel, and paint and anodizing coatings on aluminum or copper. They automatically detect the substrate characteristics.
Wide measuring range: This composite coating thickness gauge is powered by two batteries (not included). It is equipped with a high-sensitivity probe capable of measuring both magnetic and non-magnetic coatings. Its measuring range of 0 to 2000 micrometers offers great flexibility.
LCD screen: This paint thickness gauge automatically identifies the substrate and displays the measurement results on a high-definition backlit LCD screen. Compact and highly accurate, it features a battery level indicator and an automatic shut-off function.
