A manufacturing error with one tube; it took a week to receive a replacement. Apart from that, the after-sales service was competent.

The product itself is light and strong. Only the seams are very delicate and you risk breaking everything. Very easy to assemble.

Great for the money, easy to set up and put together. It is a heavy plastic type material and not cloth. All items were there. We use it to put a hot tub in.
