Published on 25/03/2026, FranceAs expected. However, the supplied mounting hardware lacks washers and locknuts, which seems essential as the starter is subject to the mower's vibrations. Furthermore, I would suggest using slightly larger diameter bolts. Installing the starter on a Stiga mower requires a pragmatic approach and a bit of patience to avoid it popping off the deck, but ultimately, the result is worth it, at a lower cost. Regarding the starter's durability, only time will tell, as the components are made of plastic, considering the price! In conclusion, I recommend it, with one reservation about the delivery time (3 weeks with follow-up) instead of the advertised 10 days.
