General description

Polypipe expanding foam glue is specifically designed for underfloor heating systems (UFHS). This polyurethane expanding foam glue is suitable for use with both the Overlay and Overlay Lite underfloor heating systems, providing a strong adhesive solution for securing floor panels.

Installation

Clean the edges of the panel and apply a 3mm bead of adhesive to the top edge.

Lay the panel on the floor, ensuring the grooves align with those of the Overlay End Returns.

Glue each joint of the first row of panels to achieve a secure fitting.

When gluing the ends, ensure there is no residual glue in the pipe grooves and use short lengths of pipe to assist with panel alignment.
