General description
Fill and Fix Expanding Foam is a quick-setting, one-part polyurethane foam in aerosol form designed for filling, fixing, and insulating applications. It expands on application to up to 50 times its original volume and by 150%, providing effective gap filling and insulation. Once cured, the foam can be cut, sawn, or plastered over after approximately one hour, provided the working temperature is between +5°C and +25°C, ideally around 20°C.Technical specifications

Compatibility and accessories

Installation
- Shake the aerosol well before use
- Attach the nozzle to the aerosol can
- Apply the foam into gaps or spaces, filling them adequately
- Allow the foam to cure for about one hour before cutting, sawing, or plastering

- Filling gaps around pipe entries, window and door frames, and irregular gaps in stone, brick, concrete, or plaster
- Fixing door frames, timber structures, window sills, thresholds, and window frames
- Insulating behind cladding, soffit, barge boards, and in automotive applications
