Strong and stable but not too heavy for me to move around. Wide non slip steps to stand on and comfortable handle to hold on to. It's fully assembled and takes up less space when folded than my previous step ladder. I was really surprised to received it the following day after placing my order. Great price and quality.

Product is still in box but no reason to think it's anything but decent value. Delivery was very slow though.
