However, ManoMano's customer service was excellent, and I was especially pleasantly surprised by FOSSIBOT, who was always available to answer my questions and found a solution to this inconvenience by handling the refund and offering a very generous gesture of goodwill! Fantastic customer service team! Thank you to them!
