Even if there are cracks in the wood on delivery, this is completely normal and will not affect the strength and durability of the product. The canvas sections of nest and boat swings are not covered under the standard 12-month warranty. As they can be affected by the elements if not stored properly when not in use, these accessories come with a 6-month warranty.
