Description

The width between the bottom edge of the brush holder and the commutator surface should be about 2mm.
- Carbon brushes are suitable for a variety of motors, generators, and shafts. It has better commutation performance.
- The carbon brush will rise and fall in the carbon brush holder. Please remove the extra if it cannot work smoothly. If the carbon brush is worn out to a certain extent, it is necessary to replace the new carbon brush. If the new and old ones are mixed, the current distribution may be uneven.
- If the carbon brush lead wire is covered with an insulating tube, it must be installed in the insulated carbon brush holder.
- The surface direction must be correctly positioned, otherwise, if the reverse contact surface is too small, the power generation will be low or no power will be generated.
