Published on 24/12/2024, United KingdomArrived broken end parts despite still being fully wrapped as received, seller advised no replacement parts available & initially offered £6 compensation. The process from reporting an issue to resolution in my opinion has been poor from a customer perspective, & still awaiting my promised full refund over 8 days later. Where replacement parts are not available for items such as this example I would not recommend the item.
