The program download is slow. The default program length is 8000 steps. In practice, programs written by most customers will not exceed 2000 steps. Therefore, you can configure it in the programming software so that the discharge speed increases fourfold. The configuration method is as follows: after clicking the "+" sign in front of the parameter in the program data list, the PLC parameter is displayed, then doubled in the PLC parameter. The parameter configuration interface is displayed. Set the storage capacity from 8000 to 2000 in the parameter configuration interface. The USB programming line for TTL and USB controllers is the same. After installing the controller, a serial connection is displayed. During download, select a build rate of 9600. This PLC series has two independent 232 serial ports: a 9-pin 232-level port (2: TXD, 3: RXD, 5: GND) and a 4-pin TTL port (1: GXD, 2: RXD, 4: 5V). Both ports are programmable and connect to the touchscreen. For programming, the 9-pin port uses a USB-232 cable; the 4-pin port uses a USB-TTL cable. When connecting the touchscreen, the 9-pin 232-level port connects directly to the touchscreen via a 9-pin Zócalo cable (three wires are actually used: 2-2, 3-3, 5-5). The 4-pin TTL connection must be converted to 232 levels using our company's TTL to 232 converter board before it can be connected to the touchscreen.
