Usage

Remove stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth.

Clean from the edge to the middle of the rug without rubbing.

Turn the rug 180° periodically to ensure even wear and prevent fading.

For tough stains, scrape off dirt and clean with a non-staining, damp cotton cloth; use wool washing liquid if necessary.

Do not overwet the rug and wipe dry after cleaning.

Use only recommended rug cleaners.

Vacuum weekly on medium suction power in the direction of the pile.

Airing out the unpacked rug for a few hours (ideally one or two days) helps to dissipate the natural scent of the material.

Other information

Due to the handwoven nature, each rug may slightly differ in color, pattern, and size (+/- 5-7 cm), which is not considered a defect.

After unpacking, allow the rug up to 72 hours to straighten; placing a heavy weight on the ends can help.
