It's strong... actually a bent masonry torus. Practical for attaching a swimming pool cover in clay soil.

Used for anchoring a trampoline. Will stain very well in unworked soil. Will not hold up well in recently backfilled soil. I find the price a bit high but could not find other alternatives.
