The piece of furniture arrived with nice wood, sufficiently thick boards (around 14mm as you can see) and seems perfectly solid for its intended purpose. On the other hand, there is no finish strictly speaking because the wood is relatively raw to the touch and requires a little sanding work and application of finishing oils. Those looking for a piece of furniture to simply assemble will not necessarily be satisfied with the result, but those who put a little effort into it will be able to have a very, very beautiful piece of furniture at a very affordable price. For my part, I took two to serve as a basis for a personalized piece of furniture and they are better than I expected. I would buy it again without hesitation.

I bought this product for its aesthetic side and the fact that it is solid wood and not in particles. On that side, I'm not disappointed. It is difficult to find wooden furniture at a fair price, so congratulations for this good value for money. There were a few defective screws but that didn't prevent the furniture from being assembled. On the other hand, the functional side could be improved. The drawers do not close straight and sink a little too much (see photo), which makes the big shoes (42-43) move too far towards the bottom of the cabinet and the heels get stuck, and then difficult to open the drawer without forcing it. I'm thinking of putting pins to prevent the drawers from sinking like that. Shoes 42-43 pass but barely, one more size would not have passed. There are only 4 pairs that fit in the cabinet, so it is not made for shoe storage but for everyday shoe storage.
