Compatibility and Accessories

Installation

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dirt, dust, and grease before painting
• Remove loose rust or paint with a wire brush or sandpaper
• For previously painted surfaces, lightly sand or remove flaking paint
• Stir the paint thoroughly before application
• Apply with a brush, roller, or spray, diluting if necessary for spraying equipment
• Allow 2-4 hours between coats; apply 2-3 coats for best results

Usage

• Apply directly to rusted or clean metal surfaces
• For best durability, apply 3 coats on rusty metal
• Touch dry in 30 minutes; full cure takes longer depending on conditions
• Maintain by inspecting annually and touching up any imperfections with additional coats
