Description

• This interior varnish provides a natural, satin finish for wooden surfaces, offering durable protection against daily wear and tear. It is quick-drying, touch dry in 20 minutes, and suitable for use on bare or previously varnished wood surfaces. The varnish enhances the natural color of the wood while providing a diamond-hard protective layer that resists heat, scratches, and water. It is ideal for furniture, skirting boards, and other interior wood items, delivering a long-lasting, fade-resistant finish.

Compatibility and Accessories

Installation

• Prepare the surface by cleaning with a cloth and white spirit to remove grease, wax, and dirt.
• Sand the surface with 120 grit sandpaper to smooth out rough patches and remove old flaking coatings.
• Wipe away dust with a damp cloth and allow the surface to dry thoroughly.
• Stir the varnish well before use.
• Apply an even coat in the direction of the woodgrain. Wait at least 1 hour for drying.
• For best results, apply 2-3 coats, sanding lightly and wiping dust between coats.

Usage

• Test the varnish on a hidden area to check color and finish.
• Apply with a brush or roller, following the woodgrain for an even finish.
• Allow each coat to dry for at least 1 hour before applying subsequent coats.
• Sand lightly between coats for a smooth finish.
• Once fully dry, the surface can be cleaned with normal cleaning methods.
