General description

Ronseal One Coat Tile Paint rejuvenates old tiled surfaces, providing a fresh new look without the need to re-tile. It is ideal for use on kitchen and bathroom tiles, offering a waterproof and mould-resistant finish. This paint is water-based with low VOC content and can be applied on bare or previously painted tiles. Please note that it is not recommended for floor tiles or tiled work surfaces.

Installation

Ensure room temperature is above 10°C and ventilate the area during application.

Clean tiles thoroughly to remove dust, dirt, grease, and old paint; repair damaged grout and clean grout with a grout cleaner.

Stir the paint well before use.

Apply with a synthetic brush or roller, using up-and-down strokes for best results.

Allow the first coat to dry for 1 hour; if a second coat is needed, wait 4 hours, lightly sand with 240-grit sandpaper, wipe clean, and apply the second coat.

Usage

Paint in a well-ventilated area, covering surrounding surfaces to protect from splashes.

Apply a single coat for most projects; a second coat may be necessary over bold or dark colors.

Allow the paint to dry completely before exposing tiles to water or high humidity (at least 24 hours).

Other information

Clean brushes and rollers with warm soapy water after use.

Do not dispose of leftover paint into drains; follow local disposal regulations.

Protect painted tiles from frost and avoid abrasive cleaners to maintain finish.
