The Hydros Ross curved vanity unit range is available in 550mm or 700mm versions. It features a high-quality ceramic basin and comes ready assembled. The unit has soft close doors and is made from MDF with a white gloss finish. It includes built-in moulded handles and an internal shelf for extra storage. The unit is manufactured in Europe using high-quality materials and German parts.

COMPATIBILITY AND ACCESSORIES

Optional Amy tap and waste available at extra cost. The tap option includes a click clack basin waste and features a single lever, curved spout waterfall style basin mono in a chrome finish, made from brass. Requires a minimum of 1 bar operating pressure.

I ordered the 700 width with the tap option. It has just been fitted and looks very smart but the basin is much shallower than expected and the water tends to splash over the sloping sides. I am not happy with the tap supplied as it does not direct the water flow straight down but more up the side of the basin causing considerable splashing even when the flow pressure is reduced. I think it is not a suitable style to provide with this basin but I cannot afford to replace it. Shame as it looks so smart.

The sink is very smart minimalist design and appears to be high quality. The unit and doors are of high quality construction and finish. The only issue I had was that plumbing was tricky when pipework was coming from under the floor, this was not insurmountable but a few mm of extra space would have made a difference.
