Hello Good quality material on the other hand the manufacturer is stingy on the assembly instructions can explain (what tool to provide for the assembly) wrench hammer screwdriver etc?

The assembly guide is poorly translated and is therefore very difficult to use. It rather complicates things. We would save time by not trying to follow him!

Tested yesterday. Good result.

Product arrived quickly and all parts in good condition. It took me about an hour to put together as I had to keep re-reading the instructions. I didn't find it difficult to assemble but when I got to the last part about fixing the hub caps on, I still had a couple of small split pins left over and wasn't sure what to do with them. I called their customer service and a very pleasant chap guided me through. Apparently the pins are to insert at the end of the wheel rod (there's a hole in the rod at each end) but the instructions didn't even mention doing that part. Luckily I hadn't put the hub caps on so I was able to put the pins in. It also doesn't tell you that once the pins are inserted, you need to get a hammer and gently tap the two legs of the pin upwards which will stop the wheels from falling off, then you can fix the hub caps on. My suggestion to the manufacturer would be to use clearer diagrams instead of photos which were not that clear in some parts. And also to show a picture of what each of the contents are in terms of all the split pins, bolts, etc. Telling a customer an M6 x 40mm bolt or an 12mm split bush doesn't help if you don't know what they are or look like to start with! However, all that said, I haven't used the spreader yet, but it all seems to be in working order and I've ordered some white rock salt to use with it.
