Rustins quick dry primer and undercoat can be used as a primer on new and bare wood, MDF, plaster, brickwork and cement.

Used as an undercoat on primed or painted surfaces and may be overcoated with water or solvent based finishing paints.

Conforms to the Toys (Safety) Regulations 1995, BS:EN71 Part 3, which makes it ideal to use on children's toys.
