Sold by HYPERDROP

Product information

Description

🔸Flaking Tool - This tool allows you to easily create SAE 45° double flares on 3/16" tubing. It ensures a good seal and a solid connection for brake lines. Ideal for repairing brake systems and hydraulic circuits. (Suitable for copper, aluminum, and cupronickel tubing. Results depend on the type and strength of the material.)
🔸Removable Handle - The small, elegant handle perfectly matches the ergonomic shape of the tool, providing a comfortable grip and allowing for flexible use, even in tight spaces. The removable handle also allows the tool to be used with a vise, simplifying the job and reducing effort.
🔸Instructions for Use: Adjust the clamping force according to the tube material to avoid overloading. If the result is not optimal, you can leave a gap between the positioning screws. Deburr and clamp the end of the tube before flaring to eliminate any imperfections. Smooth the edges and surface. Generously lubricate the contact surfaces with grease before flaring to ensure smooth operation.
🔸Package Contents: 1 x 3/16" Flaring Tool, 1 x Positioning Screw, 1 x OP1 Double-Sided Punch, 1 x Small Bottle of Lubricant, 1 x Allen Key, and 1 x Plastic Carrying Case. The kit is complete, easy to store, and easy to transport.
🔸Maintenance - It is best to clean the tools before each use. During use, ensure the pipe opening is facing downwards to prevent metal debris or other foreign matter from entering the pipe and compromising the seal. Your feedback is important to us.
