Velvet fabric may appear different under various lighting conditions; it shimmers in daylight and looks toned down in artificial light.

To maintain the velvet, stroke the material in one direction to even out color and remove creases.

Other information

Maintenance tips for velvet: Clean with dry upholstery shampoo and a wet sponge or mild cleaner; vacuum with a suitable attachment.

For iron components: Clean with a mild cleaner and soft cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners to prevent scratches.

For copper or chrome elements, use a polishing agent.
