Usage

Vacuum once a week on medium suction power using an upholstery attachment, in the direction of the pile.

Periodically turn your rug 180° to ensure even wear and prevent fading caused by sun exposure.

Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth, cleaning from the edge to the middle of the rug without rubbing.

For tough stains, scrape off the dirt from the surface and clean with a non-staining, damp cotton cloth.

If necessary, use a wool washing liquid.

Do not overwet the rug and wipe dry after cleaning.

Use only rug recommended cleaners.

For comfortable use, we recommend airing out the unpacked rug for at least a few hours (ideally one or two days) to allow the natural scent of the material to fade.

Please note that each piece may slightly differ in terms of colour, pattern, and size (+/- 5-7 cm).

The rug’s hair might get deformed during transport; to restore its shape, gently wet the affected pile, then use a hair dryer on a low setting to blow air and brush the hair in the desired direction.

The product requires some time after unpacking to reach its desired state; we recommend unfolding it as soon as possible and giving it up to 72 hours to straighten, as well as putting a heavy weight on the ends for a better effect.
