The product seems to be of good quality, however its operation is very complicated, when the cable is completely reeled in, it takes horsepower to release it, in my opinion the compartment where the cable is wound is too small. Regards

Good material. A little complicated to implement in the woods but solid. I brought down a big oak trunk with it, taking it several times. In tension the ratchet system is a little complicated to unlock but it is a helping hand. The cable is not very long but true to the description.

A complicated tool to unwind, the locking knob of the toothed wheel is difficult to hold in place during unwinding of the cable. Obliged to use a clamp vice to wedge in opening. Without this problem it would be a good tool.

Simple and efficient very good value for money for occasional use I used it for a touchdown A little laborious to unroll I am missing a Third hand but with a little tricks we can get there

Hello, I ordered a 3500KG tension hoist, but I only received a 2000KG tension hoist, I reported it and asked to exchange it to get the one ordered. Apart from an email of apology, I still have nothing to date and I am frankly starting to get impatient. I am not satisfied for the moment but I am counting on you to solve this problem as quickly as possible, I would not want to have to express myself on social networks if this dissatisfaction persists.
