Sadly it is a case of you do get what you paid for and this soft clothes toilet seat it felt very flimsy when you were sitting on it but also it was still harder to clean this than a normal toilet. So I recently upgraded my bathroom and even I only had this product for under a, year I decided to dispose of this item.
Arrived promptly and well packaged Delivery driver did not ring bell and left it outside front door - I was at home, so a bit peeved. All parts present. Took my time to assemble hinge/fitting + having measured fitting holes in my loo, it went on without any bother. Only had it a week, but soft close seems to work well, and the seat and lid seem very sturdy. Comfortable. At this early stage I would certainly recommend it to others, + would buy again, particularly at the discounted price (50% off I think)
