I bought 2 to put on each side of a sofa bed as a bedside table. It's perfect for saving space in a small studio and the height is ideal for the day bed. The small boxes are great for putting your phone, glasses, book, remote control, etc. A bedside lamp above and here is the ideal bedside table. And at the bottom of the extra storage that doesn't take up space. The finishes are nickel, slightly shiny. I am totally delighted with this product.
