Description

General description This Solar Charge Controller is designed for efficient management of solar energy, specifically for DC12V systems. It regulates the charging of lead-acid batteries and is compatible with solar panels rated at 17V. The controller features multiple protections to ensure safe operation. Technical specifications System voltage: DC12V Controller self-consumption power: 10MA Rated charging current: 10A Maximum charging current: 16A Maximum open circuit voltage of solar cell: 25V/36V Working temperature: (-20℃- +50℃) Installation Open the top cover of the controller and connect according to the illustration on the cover. Connect the "+" and "-" of the battery to the corresponding terminals of the controller (third and fourth terminals from the left). Connect the "+" and "-" of the solar panel to the corresponding terminals of the controller (first and second terminals from the left). Connect the "+" and "-" of the load to the corresponding terminals of the controller (fifth and sixth terminals from the left). Usage The charging indicator light is always on to indicate heavy charging; flashing indicates floating charging; no light indicates that charging is stopped. When the charging indicator light is always on, it means there is output and the load can work; if it is off, it means there is no output and the load cannot work. Other information Precautions: Confirm whether the rated voltage of the solar panel, battery, and load is correct before connecting. The rated current of the solar panel and load should not exceed the rated current of the controller.
