Description
The Dormer P803 solid carbide bright rotary burr (cylinder with endcut) delivers double-cut performance for general machining. Its oval ball-nose skip-flute geometry reduces swarf congestion and improves cutting action near the centre, increasing metal removal and ease of control. The toughened, hardened 6 mm steel shank provides rigidity to resist bending and reduce vibration. Carbide head is ground to h6 and the steel shank to h7 for consistent running. Specifications: head diameter 12.7 mm, shank 6 mm, working length 25 mm, overall length 70 mm. Special brazing elements improve braze strength and impact resistance.
