I received this bath with the protective film shredded up therefore the bath had been scored badly. I was getting the bath fitted the following evening therefore had to accept a measly 15% refund as that was all they could offer. This is appalling for the state of the bath, I have had to find a way to cover the scores myself which has cost me more than the 15% I was refunded from the price. 0/10 for good handling and 0/10 for customer service.
