I already had the same but the wear the broken. So I took the same product and I'm not disappointed. The meter is very robust and the spring that allows the return of the ribbon never falters but after 6 years of use. Great product.

The manufacturing quality of this tape measure is excellent. The ribbon is rigid which facilitates the taking of distant measurements. The other side of the coin is its weight ....

It is an excellent meter but like all, the first 30 cm are quite weak despite the thickness and the quality of the product. I specify that I am professional and therefore I submit this product to intensive use

I did several projects with the yellow Stanley range of meters, but by breaking the spring, I wanted to go to the quality above. The rigidity of the tape is really appreciable, as is the hook which allows to easily catch the edge of a rafter to measure. Too bad it is not magnetic. The other negative point is the weight, you can feel it on the belt, and do not expect to put it in the pocket. Besides, I thought I had a metal meter, but it is shiny plastic, it would be nice to specify it.
