Stirling Bold - Antique Brass Thermostatic Radiator Valve & Lockshield Angled 8mm

More individual control for your radiator

Bring more control to one radiator with this Stirling Bold thermostatic valve set in brushed & lacquered Antique Brass. Supplied with a matching lockshield, the angled valve uses a liquid sensor and multi-temperature control to regulate hot-water flow as the room warms and cools.

Why choose these radiator valves?

• Manage radiator warmth around how the room is used: The valve automatically alters hot-water flow through the individual radiator in response to the room temperature and selected setting.
• Cut back on wasted heat once the room is comfortable: Automatic flow reduction helps avoid continuing to heat an individual room at full radiator output after it has reached the chosen comfort level.
• Reduce the risk of freezing in colder conditions: When surrounding temperatures become very low, frost-protection behaviour can permit limited flow to help protect the radiator and connected pipework.
• Simplify the purchase with both valves supplied: A matching lockshield is supplied with the thermostatic valve, so the corresponding valve does not need to be bought separately.
• Plan the radiator connection with the right valve shape: The angled format is designed for pipe routes that need a 90-degree turn into a side radiator connection, such as pipework rising from below.
• Move beyond simple on-or-off radiator control: Several thermostatic settings give you more flexibility than a simple manual on/off valve.
• Let the thermostatic mechanism respond without constant adjustment: A liquid-filled sensor reacts as the room warms and cools, helping the valve adjust without constant manual intervention.
• Give the radiator a more considered finishing detail: The modern valve shape keeps the installation looking clean and contemporary. Its brushed & lacquered Antique Brass surface lets the valves become part of the radiator's overall finish rather than an afterthought.
• Add longer-term confidence to the purchase: The included 3 years guarantee adds confidence when choosing a valve set for ongoing everyday use.
