The shower tray was what I expected but I had ordered the wrong size as soon as I realised that I had, I emailed the company and they changed to the correct size for me with out any fuss. Delivery was on time and they kept me informed of when on delivery. So very all what could have been a nightmare was great. Great customer service, delivery and lovely tray.

The product itself was fine but the delivery was very poor. It arrived almost a week late and was given two different reasons which turned out to be untrue.

It was very good value for money and finished well. It is not a cheap light weight product. Also coming with the Trap included makes it even better value for money. Delivery was very quick too.
