some part's didn't fit and could be bit stronger.

Very easy to assemble. They are just some tubes and plastic connecters and some fabric. Hence lightweight. I had no problem carrying it to the top floor where I intended to put it. But if you're looking for something with complete 'closed drawers' this is not for you.
