There is a fine line between form - how something looks, and function - how something works, this product looks the part, but didn’t work well , this may have been a one off.. the company were contacted and a refund was issued quickly, though took a little time to complete... both issues were not directly VidaXL’s fault. I have amended this review in light of the support and desire that VidaXL have to try to provide a decent level of support for their customers..

Chair itself is good, but when it arrived and we were ready for first use the bolt to pull for the headrest came off which resulted in us having to unscrew the whole headrest to re attach it and get the bolt fitted correctly we have had to do this a couple of other times too it does not seem to tighten up properly which is quite annoying. Also when i have been lay on it the head rest has realised and dropped backwards which has startled me.
