SwitZer Steel Garage Workbench Toolbox Storage With Drawers Pegboard and 20 Pegs Shelf DIY Workshop Station Black

I have ordered from ManoMano in the past and found them to be a decent site. However, this workbench is one of the worst items I have ever received and I am shocked as to why you have supplied a bench of such poor quality. We ordered the bench and received it in August, however, due to current building works and a family wedding it was not possible to even open the package until yesterday, 28th September. Upon studying the contents my heart sank when I saw that the only instructions for building the item were poorly illustrated without written details. Constructing the frame took time but as we are used to building items like this, we were prepared to give it full attention. It would have been helpful to have an explanation of the way parts should be put together instead of having to work it out for ourselves from the poorly printed line drawings. The drawer runners section supplied some wording but the word 'release' does not give enough instruction on how to release. I find it a very poor quality product, the drawer front is scratched, the back board has a broken corner and the whole frame is not sturdy enough for any work to be done on it. I am therefore asking for a refund and details of return, but please don't expect us to dismantle as I don't think the pieces will withstand too much more screwing and unscrewing due to the poor fabric of the bench.

Excellent once assembled but be warned the instructions are line drawings only and not very clear. Had to take some parts back off as had to guess which way round they went. Drawer was difficult to align and still slides a bit stiffly but it is what it is and does the job perfectly.

The actual bench is great, once you work out the tiny pictures in the instructions and go out and buy a few extra bolts that were missing and screws that weren't really fit for purpose. I suppose you get what you pay for though. Once finished it's great and just what I needed.

The table size is good but the peg board does not support the pegs that well. Flimsy in parts, drawer front especially. Despite this the item is suitable for my needs
