Description

The Bosch HEX-9 Hard Tile/Ceramic Bit is capable of dry-drilling hard ceramics.

This would be used mostly by trade professionals. As wall tiles have become larger and harder, drilling holes in them has become very demanding on a tile drill bit, that’s why Bosch have developed the Expert HEX-9 HardCeramic Drill Bit. It uses Bosch’s Carbide Technology, which is the hardest of metals and combines it with an advanced multi-faceted tip design that shares the workload over multiple asymmetric faces. It can drill into ceramics and drill holes in hard tiles without lubricant or cooling. It uses a Hex shank for maximum power transfer in standard three-jaw drills and hex screwdriver chucks. Supplied as a 5 piece.

Complex drill bit tip - Enables a precise start without skidding and scratching.

Extremely clean and precise easy cutting. Smooth surface on PU or styrodur insulators in 50 mm. What comfort ... The blade is very long so we can consider very thick. Not yet tested on insulation panels Wood fibers and / or linen and / or cotton. Would keep you posted

Good blade with a strong cut, blade that makes relatively clean cuts feels like preparation. With paper tape plus one per chip is really great.

Used to cut lumber full of nails to make firewood. It costs as much as a chainsaw chain when you have the misfortune to fall on scrap metal ...

In 1886, Robert Bosch, a 25-year-old German engineer, founded an electrical engineering company in Stuttgart. He was returning from a long professional trip to the United States that had led him to work for Thomas Edison, one of the greatest engineers in history. Bosch improved the ignition magnet the following year, to be the first to adapt it to a car engine. This innovation allowed him to develop his business at a steady pace. In the 1920s, he converted his company from automotive supplier to electronics manufacturer. The company has been able to distinguish itself from other brands of DIY power tools by aiming for long-term and high-end, from its famous green drill to complex products such as rippers or garden tools (sculpts -hays, chainsaws ...). This was the success we know. Bosch currently employs 280,000 people worldwide and generates 46 billion euros in sales. Bosch spends up to 10% of its turnover on R & D, a rare effort in the industry. 92% of the capital of Robert Bosch GmbH is held by a charitable foundation Robert Bosch Stiftung GmbH. Thus the profits of the company are donated to this foundation. The remaining 8% of capital is held by the descendants of Robert Bosch's family.
