Talus - Radiator Bleed Valve & Blanking Plug Silver Nickel

Release trapped air without compromising the radiator finish

Designed for the two upper connections on a radiator or towel rail, this Talus set combines a bleed valve for releasing trapped air with a blanking plug for securely closing the opposite side. Keeping air out of the system helps the radiator warm more evenly and operate as intended.

Why choose this bleed valve set?

• Reduce cold spots caused by trapped air: Letting trapped air escape can correct the uneven heating that occurs when air collects inside the radiator.
• Help your heating work without unnecessary resistance: Removing trapped air helps the radiator use its heated water more effectively, which can reduce avoidable energy waste when air pockets are restricting performance.
• Make routine radiator bleeding straightforward: The valve creates an accessible point at the top of the radiator for releasing air during routine heating-system maintenance.
• Get the matching blanking plug in the same set: A matching blanking plug is supplied for the opposite top connection, helping keep the radiator sealed once the fittings are installed.
• Make the maintenance fitting part of the overall look: Silver nickel offers a softer metallic alternative to high-shine chrome, helping the bleed valve coordinate with matching valve sets and pipe covers.
• Choose with added confidence beyond installation: The 5-year guarantee adds peace of mind to a small component that plays an important role in radiator maintenance.
