Ideal where ultimate corrosion resistance is required when fixing to softwoods, hardwood (pre-drilled), chipboard, MDF, and plastic. Stainless steel must be used where there is a corrosive environment and/or the base material has inherent corrosive characteristics, e.g., Green Oak.
