The first stool sent out had a bolt hole not drilled. But a replacement was sent out very quickly all within 4days. 2nd sto was absolutely fine. Excellent service and very quick to resolve the issue

Love the product....easy to assemble. Cast iron so heavy box on delivery. Comfy seat but I'm going to make a little seat pad for me to take the chill off on a cold morning. Lol.
