Description

General description

The Lock Jig for Router is designed for precision routing of mortices for sash mortice and dead locks. It is compatible with most common locks and allows for deeper mortices with the use of an auger bit.

Technical specifications

Requires a router fitted with a 30mm guide bush

Compatible with 12mm diameter long reach cutter

Suitable for mortices up to 3 inches deep

Face plate options: 7/8 inch or 1 inch

Use on doors with thickness between 34mm to 58mm

Compatibility and accessories

Compatible with most common sash mortice and dead locks

Also suits face plate on a 1 inch mortice latch
